1. What age groups do you coach?

We offer football coaching for boys and girls aged 4 to 14 years old. Children are grouped by age and ability to ensure they get the most out of each session.

2. Do you offer sessions for all abilities?

Yes! Our sessions are designed to be inclusive and suitable for all ability levels – from beginners to advanced players. We focus on skill development, confidence building, and fun for everyone.

3. Where are your sessions held?

Our weekly sessions currently take place at:
📍 Goals, Tameside Park, Aldridge Road, Birmingham, B42 2UB (Pitch 6)
We also run camps and events at other locations during school holidays.

4. What does my child need to bring?

Please ensure your child brings the following to every session:

Shin pads
Football boots (blades or astros)
A drink (water recommended)
Appropriate sportswear or football kit is also encouraged.

5. How do I book a session?

You can book directly through our website or by contacting us via email or phone. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular time slots or holiday camps.

6. Do you offer a free trial session?

Yes! We offer a FREE taster session for all new players so your child can try it out before committing. Just get in touch to book your free spot.

7. What is your coach-to-player ratio?

We maintain a maximum 1 coach to every 10 players to ensure each child receives quality attention and guidance during sessions.

8. What if it rains or the weather is bad?

Our sessions typically go ahead in most weather conditions unless it’s unsafe. In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we will offer a rescheduled session or credit.

9. Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes – but please note that cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

10. Who runs Tekkerz Kid Academy?

Tekkerz Kid Academy was founded by Lorenzo Greer, aka Tekkerz Kid, a football influencer with over 1.6 million YouTube subscribers and more than 400,000 Instagram followers. Lorenzo has spent over 10 years at Birmingham City’s academy and brings his experience and passion to every session.

11. Do your coaches have qualifications and DBS checks?

Absolutely. All our coaches are FA qualified, fully DBS checked, and trained in first aid and safeguarding to ensure a safe, professional environment for your child.

12. Do you run holiday camps?

Yes! We run fun and engaging football holiday camps during school breaks, packed with games, challenges, skill-building, and exciting prizes to be won.

13. Will I appear on Meet The Greers or Tekkerz Kid?

Whilst we can't guarantee that you'll appear on Meet The Greers or Tekkerz kid, we try to film as many sessions as possible.
