At Tekkerz Kid Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality coaching experience for all children. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve created the following refund policy to keep things fair and transparent for everyone.

1. Coaching Sessions & Block Bookings

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the session to qualify for a refund or credit.

• If you cancel within 24 hours of the session start time, the session is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If Tekkerz Kid Academy cancels a session (e.g. due to weather, venue issues, or coach availability), a credit or rescheduled session will be offered.

2. Holiday Camps & Special Events

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a camp or event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time.

• If a camp or event is cancelled by Tekkerz Kid Academy, a full refund or credit will be issued.
