Nathan GREER
Club Chairman
Nathan Greer is the club chairman at Tekkerz, bringing his passion for football and commitment to youth development into every aspect of the organisation. As the father of Tekkerz Kid, he combines his love of the game with a deep understanding of what it takes to support young players. Nathan champions a positive, inclusive environment where children can grow, learn and enjoy football to the fullest. His leadership and enthusiasm help drive the club’s vision of developing confident, skilled players both on and off the pitch.
Coach Jadell
Tekkerz Kid Academy 1-2-1 Coach
Jadell began his football journey in the Birmingham City academy, laying strong foundations in the game. He now plays in non-league football, bringing valuable on-field experience and insight to Tekkerz Kid Academy, where he helps young players develop their skills, confidence and love for football.
COACH TJ
Assistant Coach
Coach TJ is an assistant coach at Tekkerz, currently studying Sports Science at college to further his knowledge of player development and performance. Passionate about learning and improving, he brings energy and enthusiasm to every session. TJ has a great bond with children, creating a positive environment where young players feel confident, supported and motivated to grow.
Coach Josh
Lead Coach, 1-2-1 Training
Josh is a former professional footballer who developed through the academy system at West Bromwich Albion. With first-hand experience of the professional game, he brings valuable insight to his coaching. Specialising in 1-to-1 development, Josh focuses on refining technical detail, improving decision-making, and mentoring players with the mindset and standards required to succeed at the highest level.
Coach Natty
Tekkerz FC Coach, Club Secretary, Welfare Officer
Coach Natty currently leads the U7s and U8s teams at Tekkerz FC, working with young players through fun, structured sessions. With over 10 years of experience coaching both individuals and teams, Natty brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to youth development, helping players build confidence, technical skills and a love for football.
Coach Astel
Lead Coach, Tekkerz Kid Academy, Safeguard Officer
Astel is an experienced football coach with academy backgrounds at Aston Villa and Walsall. He previously coached Lorenzo Greer at Birmingham City U15s, supporting his early development. Focused on technical growth, tactical understanding and character, Astel is committed to helping young players reach their full potential on and off pitch.
