Welcome to Tekkerz Kid Academy. By using our website and enrolling in our coaching sessions, camps, or related services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Coaching Sessions & Camps

  • All children must be registered by a parent or legal guardian prior to attending any session or camp.

  • Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear (e.g. boots/blades/astros) and bring shin pads and a drink.

  • Tekkerz Kid Academy reserves the right to refuse participation if a child is not suitably prepared or behaving inappropriately.

2. Age Groups & Abilities

  • We cater to children aged 4 to 14 years old, with sessions grouped accordingly.

  • Our sessions are inclusive and designed for all abilities.

3. Health, Safety & Medical Conditions

  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or disabilities at the time of booking.

  • Tekkerz Kid Academy staff are trained in safeguarding and basic first aid.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure children are physically fit to take part.

4. Payments & Bookings

  • Payments must be made in advance for all sessions, camps, or block bookings.

  • Block bookings are only valid for the dates/times agreed at the time of purchase and are non-transferable.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session to avoid being charged.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • In the event of a session being cancelled by Tekkerz Kid Academy (e.g. due to weather or venue issues), we will offer a rescheduled session or credit.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

  • All children and parents are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants.

  • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in the child being removed from the session without refund.

7. Photography & Media

  • We may occasionally take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use on our website or social media.

  • If you do not wish for your child to be included in media, please let us know in writing.

8. Data Protection

  • We collect and store personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By registering, you consent to us using your information for session management and communications.

9. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for general information and promotional purposes.

  • You must not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of this site without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms

Tekkerz Kid Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page.
